While working as the CG Tech at Ted X Talks at Syracuse University, I saw they had no title for the video feed, so I created this. This was used as a title sequence between speakers in the live feed, to unify the segments.

This series of production logos serves as an example of text animation, animated logo design and motion graphics. I designed the logos, laid out motion graphics storyboards and built the animations. I also composed and recorded most of the animations’ music.

I worked with Chromatrope to develop this animated marketing video for Tacit Knowledge. The goal was to clearly communicate the truly exceptional features of the client’s ecommerce hosting software. We worked closely with Tacit Knowledge’s CEO to thoroughly understand the product and plan how best to demonstrate its strengths in an easy to grasp way.

Initially used for marketing, the video was found to be a strong tool for educating company’s own salesforce on the software’s features, so was subsequently used for internal training.

We Might be Superheroes is a show on Amazon Prime about a duo of accidental superheroes.

I wore many hats in my contributions to this series, mostly as PAA or extra, but also as art director, and also as director, plus also as writer, and in this episode as animator.

The images were all drawn by mouse, then animated via keyframes as well as frame-by-frame. Layering of elements for parallax effects, kinematic structures of body parts assembled for ease of “puppet” animation.
